Since 1982, when TMA was founded, we have always sought to ensure that PRODUCT QUALITY and FLEXIBILITY are our distinguishing strong points.
Sub-contractors, thanks to an appropriate production structure with trained and skilled personnel, are well placed to handle and meet the demands of various sectors. We work in the medium-high quantity segment, for both scheduled and spot orders.
We supply finished parts, with special surface treatments as required such as galvanization, burnishing, nickel-plating, chrome-plating, hardening and grinding.
We deliver products in labelled cardboard boxes placed on pallets and, if required, we can also apply BARCODES.
Our work method ensures attention to detail and constant monitoring in all production stages. We specialise in the production of turned parts and metal components using automatic, single-spindle lathes and CNC lathes, as well as second-operation and transfer machines of various kinds.
Our current set-up means we can provide a complete service starting from procurement of raw or semi-processed materials such as brass, steel, aluminium, stainless steel, PVC, teflon and special steels, followed by machining, control backed up by a profile projector, UNI-certified pads, gauges, micrometers and terminating with testing, certification and delivery to the client.
The determination to improve quality and competitive services achieved through continual investments, such as the recent purchases of CITIZEN CINCOM L20 and MOBILE HEADSTOCK CNC lathes, are the basis of our success and the satisfaction of our customers.
We have worked closely for many years with companies specialising in spare parts, hydro-cleaners and gas plant for automobiles.
